APP.md — what's live, and how to walk it

The platform is live at https://trading.tynolabs.com (no browser password — the app login is the door: fresh@example.com / supersecret123 — dev owner; or skpawar1305@gmail.com / parag123). Up-to-date ledger: docs/BUILD-LOG.md.

The home screen (per BOARDS-A)

  • YOUR TODOS strip — drafts to confirm · owner approvals · gate pickups due · park-lots to assign · hishob pending. Each is a button.
  • Section card grid — 🏢 Company · 🏷️ SO · 🤝 Job work · 📦 Stock & sell · 🧶 B Yarn · 🪵 C Warp — every card opens its component page.
  • Quick entry row for every create screen.

Screens (walk in this order)

  1. 📥 /capture — paste a forwarded WhatsApp message → parse → draft; or upload a photo → OCR (tesseract) → parsed draft; the PWA share-target manifest routes mobile share/forward here.
  2. 📚 /masters — six tabs: party · yarn (count+type+ticket) · design (kg/m computed) · loom · flange · defect (4-point).
  3. 🧾 /orders/new — four kinds (SO/JW/Outsource/Prod); mode prefilled per quality; lot-size memory; computed rolls & lots.
  4. 🧵 /bookings/new — yarn PO: packaging math, IGST/SGST+CGST breakup.
  5. 🚧 /gatepasses + 🚧 /guard + 🚚 /transporter — create → intimated → guard/transporter taps → delivered YARN_IN auto-creates the lot (parked when unmarked) → assign from /lots.
  6. 📋 /tippans — draft without refs (assign later), krill solver.
  7. 🪵 /beams — floor/on-loom/repair + repair-out → gatepass.
  8. 🎫 /samples — rate prefilled from recent order; courier receipt.
  9. 🔍 /checking — beam → mtrs/kg → grade A/B/C/R + defects → points/100 m → FG roll barcode.
  10. 🚚 /dispatch — pre-slip from graded rolls by tap → totals → LR.
  11. 🗂️ /drafts — capture funnel with → Create SO.
  12. ✅ /approvals — reconciliations + hishob, owner-gated.
  13. 🧾 /hishob — owner approve → print unlocks (gated route).

scripts/seed-demo.ts (rerunnable): 13 parties, 5 yarn products, 5 real constructions, 6 orders, GST booking, gatepasses, beams, lots, samples, draft, reconciliation, hishob.
